A Poem From Me to You

Sunsets of the Mind

Majestic colors of crimson and velvet adorn the evening sky as my mind body and soul down shifts to a much needed and deserved relaxed state of self being I like to call the enlightenment zone or just simple put EZ.  The EZ moods and feelings of my mind are constant companions with me during my journey to absolute freedom.  The condition will never be taunted or removed by the rage of chaos.  When I devote my full utmost concentration on the pure facts of the state of this supreme coolness, all I can do is just sit back and reminisce on the very moment when I experienced the complete passion of my first love.  The enchanting feeling is similar to the sensation of hot cherries topped with a pinch of spiced sugar.  Close your eyes and just think about it.  Hmmm good isn’t it.

The soothing sensation exclusively penetrating the walls of my inter most thoughts carries my spirits to new heights beyond the boundaries of the drama that surrounds me.  It is like the soft colors of a warm Spring attitude gently blowing in the wind.  The true powers of dominance and manipulation over the condition of a dismal imperialistic grip may take years to develop if you are ignorant to the ingredients that make up the feeling of total peace. In a world so full envy, lust, greed, and war, you are going to need to know how to just chill.

Think about the cool pre-dusk melodies of the nature’s music.  Roaring waterfalls with the droplets of heavens mist just floating with your spirit.  The song of the mighty ocean captured forever in your childhood memories of a warm family campfire during a cool night at the beach.  The howling winds on cold February evening while staying toasty warm with the love of your life sipping hot apple cider and wrapped together in that old flannel blanket.

Imagine all of the events that have brought peace and joy to your life.  Remember everything that make you smile for the good of the soul and spirit.   Never take one of God’s precious days for granted be thankful for the moment of time that you occupy at this hour.   Tell someone that you care for them because someone truly cares for your well being and health.   Say I love you to that special someone or hello to a passing stranger on the street.  Call that old friend who lives far far away.  Uplift the spirits of that old man on the park bench by asking him what was life like back in the day. Cherish the time you have for now and forever more.  Much peace and love as you witness and create beautiful Sunsets of the Mind.
